Building on recent success Hornbill is going through a period of expansion and we are growing our Marketing team. Currently we are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager charged with driving and expanding our product strategy and content.

The successful candidate will become a part of the Hornbill Marketing team at an exciting stage of expansion for not only the team but also for this fast-growing company. You will be part of a highly collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Primary Duties

  • Produce and develop high quality content for impactful marketing materials: Case studies, white papers and blog posts (both product and industry focused), sales collateral, promotional, advertising, email, website, display and video content
  • Produce creative and compelling written pieces that address prospects’ needs and creatively showcase the benefits of selecting us a provider
  • Work with our key customers to create customer success stories and best practice references
  • Develop customer references, app use cases and business value for the Hornbill platform
  • Create and deliver multimedia content appropriate for each stage in the buying cycle
  • Drive programmes and content to ensure the long-term growth of the Hornbill platform
  • Analyse audience data to improve content output and performance
  • Participate in social marketing and blogging activities to drive awareness
  • Fully support campaign launches of new products and releases
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Specialists, Solution Specialists and across Marketing to support marketing plans and sales enablement tools

About You

  • Excellent written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Previous experience within the Service Desk industry or a demonstrated deep understanding of the industry
  • Ability to take a reader’s view to develop engaging product content
  • Strong content planning experience, including managing a content calendar and prioritising work
  • Passionate about the accuracy and relevancy of digital content · Strong editorial skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive and organised individual with a positive attitude
  • Commercially astute with the ability to understand the “bigger picture” that drives business objectives
