Request Catalog

Service Manager's Request Catalog lets you create different types of requests for each of the the Services that you provide.  These can be published to your customers on the Service Portals or made available to the support staff to provide easy to follow steps to capture information.  Each request can have its own unique Workflow to drive the fulfilment of the request.
