Collaboration is all about sharing ideas and information. The Internet of today provides so many fabulous resources of information and Hornbill is a great way to bring this information together into a central place.
Within Hornbill’s collaboration, integration to these resources is as simple as posting the shared link for that resource. Videos from YouTube or Vimeo can be added to your workspace discussion or as an update to a Service Manager incident simply by adding the shared link to your post or comment.
Prezi presentations are a great and modern form of presentation. Using the share option within a Prezi presentation and adding it to your Hornbill Workspace lets your co-workers watch your presentation whether it be for training, company presentations, or to get some feedback on a presentation you’re creating.
