  • Service Manager Boards and Access Control

    The Service Manager Boards are a great way of viewing, organizing, and managing your support requests. The requests on your Boards can be managed either manually or automatically using Hornbill's BPM engine.

    The new access control for Boards allows a Board Owner to manage who can see their Board and who has modification access to add, move, and remove requests. Both individuals and entire teams can be granted access.
