Where the organisation structure is a logical layout of your company, the Sites feature lets you capture the physical location of your different offices.
The sites can be used in a number of areas within Hornbill including associating users to their primary location. Applications such as Service Manager can use site to locate assets and analyse Service Desk requests to see high impact locations.
Sites can be manually added or a simple import can be used where a large number of sites exist. Whether it is a couple of sites within a city or hundreds of sites around the globe this feature helps manage the whereabouts of offices, staff, assets, and more.
