Hornbill highlights at the itSMF UK Conference

Date

The Hornbill team is looking forward to the itSMF UK conference next week.  It’s always a great event, but the speaker line-up for this year’s programme promises to deliver many excellent sessions.

We’re particularly looking forward to the Keynote from Dr Sue Black OBE, author of the Amazon UK best-seller Saving Bletchley Park and the 7th most influential woman in UK IT according to Computer Weekly.

Our own Chief Evangelist, Patrick Bolger, will be pitching in with the itSMF UK Service Transition Special Interest Group to deliver a fast-paced session on Brilliant Service Transition on Monday Nov 21st 12:15-13:00.  Patrick will be taking the stage again on Tuesday Nov 22nd between 9:45-10:30 to deliver his main session “It’s time to rethink your ITSM”. His session will explain how IT groups can work in a modern, contemporary way to transform ITSM and meet the expectations of customers in the digital age.

Pop by stand 14 to meet the Hornbill team and wish us luck at the awards dinner on Monday evening, as we’re finalists in the award for Service Innovation of the Year. We are facing stiff competition from EE and NTT Data, so we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed.  Whatever the result, it’s rewarding to be nominated by a customer and to be selected as finalists.  See you at conference.
