Exporting from Service Manager

The need to export data may range from grabbing a quick list of active requests that you need for a meeting, to extracting information that needs to be imported into another system.
From the Service Manager request list, a user is able to define a view of the requests that they have access to, using searches, status selection, request types, custom views, or by team . Any view defined on this list can then be exported to a CSV file quickly and easily. Once your list is defined, the export option then lets you select from the available request list columns to be included as part of the export.
Sometimes more specific information is required for your export. Using the Reporting you can build detailed reports which include options for both viewing and exporting the information to a CSV file.
