Hornbill signs Bittercreek as a Strategic Solution Partner

Back in February 2017 I announced the launch of our Global Partner Program and I am pleased to announce today that we have signed Bittercreek Technology, Inc. as a Strategic Solution Partner in North America.  Bittercreek are based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  We have an existing long standing and trusted partnership with Bittercreek working with Hornbill’s on-premise Supportworks solution so I am really delighted to be able to expand that partnership to now include Hornbill’s Collaboration, IT and Enterprise Service Management and Customer Engagement solutions built on Hornbill’s Cloud Platform.

As a Strategic Solution Partner, Bittercreek is a single-vendor solution partner which means they only focus on Hornbill’s solutions.  This level of partnership brings many advantages to our customers as our Strategic Solutions Partners have access to internal knowledge and systems, advanced knowledge of our development strategy and roadmap as well as direct access to the senior management team here at Hornbill, in most every respect.
