Many forms within Service Manager have the ability to be designed to fit your needs.
Fields can easily be dragged around a section to be placed into your preferred order.
Properties can be set against each of these fields. This can be as simple as making a field visible or making it mandatory for the user to complete. Input validation can also be set up to ensure that user enters information in a preferred format.
New fields can also be added to your form. When adding new fields you can select the types of fields that you want to add which may be anything from a simple text field to a pick list.
