Request List Home View

Each individual support person can define what information they would like displayed when they first view their request list in Service Manager. A quick selection of status, request types, teams, and filters followed by a click on the option to set your Home View will give you your start-up view which is presented each time you sign in to Hornbill. In addition, after browsing around lists, and other requests, the Home button gives you a quick way to return to the information that is important to you with a single click.
