We’re proud to announce the official launch of the Professional Hornbill Administrator Certification, the first credential designed to validate hands-on experience and platform knowledge for those managing Hornbill day to day. If you’ve been configuring services, leading platform rollouts, or solving real-world admin challenges, this certification is for you.

Who should take this exam?
This certification is designed for experienced admins with 2–5 years in service management or platform admin roles. Ideal candidates include:

  • Hornbill Administrators
  • Service Delivery Managers (SDMs)
  • Systems Administrators
  • Application Owners

Prerequisite: You must be an existing Hornbill customer with at least 1 year of experience administering the Hornbill platform.
This certification validates the skills needed to manage, configure, and optimise the Hornbill platform. The exam focuses on practical knowledge, not just theory. It’s about how you apply Hornbill in real service environments.

When and how to register

The exam is delivered through live virtual sessions with limited seats per cohort. You can take the exam up to three times per year (once every three months).

The first exam session is on 25 July.
