Lock and Unlock Request Actions

Hornbill Service Manager introduces a great new feature that lets you lock or unlock request Actions, giving you greater control over your Workflow. The new BPM feature lets you decide exactly when you want each of the Actions to be available as you progress through the life of the request.
Prevent support analysts from resolving or closing a request until they have provided all of the correct information. Lock down a change request once it is ready for authorization. Stop further updates to a closed request. There are so many applications for this feature.
