Job Description

Hornbill is looking for a Learning Content Developer to support customer education for our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, works proactively, and is strong in creating instructional videos and digital learning materials.
You will join our Learning team in the Hornbill SHPK office in Tirana and help build clear, effective training content that guides customers in using the Hornbill platform confidently.
The Learning team at Hornbill designs, develops, and maintains the learning ecosystem that supports our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. We create courses, live trainings, videos, guides, and training resources that help our customers adopt new features, understand best practices, and get the most value from the Hornbill platform. We value clarity, consistency, curiosity, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
What you’ll do
- Develop eLearning courses and instructional videos using tools such as Camtasia, Audiate, Genially, Canva, and our LMS tools.
- Create content for live training, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments.
- Produce short guides, quick videos, and visual learning aids to support self-paced learning.
- Translate technical features into simple, clear, and user-friendly explanations.
- Review, update, and maintain existing learning content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Apply clean, accessible design principles to all learning materials.
- Contribute to the tone, style, and quality of Hornbill Academy’s educational content.
What we’re looking for
Basic qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, video-based training, or technical content creation.
- Strong video editing and screen-recording skills (Camtasia, Premiere, or similar), with the ability to create clear step-by-step instructional videos.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical topics in simple, user-friendly language.
- Ability to understand technical product features, workflows, and configurations and translate them into structured learning content.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools such as Rise, Genially, Camtasia, Canva, or similar authoring platforms.
- Good sense of visual clarity and design; organized layouts, readable typography, and consistent style.
- Fast learner who can understand new platform features quickly and independently.
- Proactive and reliable, comfortable managing tasks, taking feedback, and working with Product and Customer Education teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Portfolio showing eLearning modules or instructional videos.
- Experience working in a SaaS, ESM, ITSM, or technical product environment.
