Job Description

Building on recent success Hornbill is going through a period of expansion and we are growing our Marketing team. Currently, we are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Graphic Designer charged with developing the Hornbill brand identity across all digital properties.

The successful candidate will become a part of the Hornbill Marketing team at an exciting stage of expansion for not only the team but also for this fast-growing company. Our Technology is key to the digital path out of Covid-19 and our fantastic growth has just been accelerated yet further. You will be part of a highly collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Primary Duties

  • Own Hornbill’s brand identity, managing and updating company brand guidelines and assets
  • Design sales and marketing materials such as infographics, pitch decks, banners, brochures, eBooks, graphics, sales presentations, board presentations, templates, sales pitches, and campaigns across both digital and print formats
  • Supporting written content such as blog posts, eBooks, proposals, PR features
  • Create email, web & landing page templates on HubSpot
  • Ensure design consistency across all markets and mediums

About You

  • Website design experience – you should have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, web standards and email best practice
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (or other automation/emailing tools)
  • A razor-sharp eye and great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver quickly, prioritising workload successfully, meeting tight deadlines you have
  • A true collaborator that is happy to receive feedback and to give feedback to others
  • Great communication skills
  • Proficient with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop Premiere Pro)
