• Wait for Status Change - This operation has been extended to allow a process designer to wait for sub-status change.  

Roles and Permissions

• All Request Access - This new role has been added to prove access to any request in Hornbill Service Manager

Reporting

• Live chat sessions are now logged allowing you to report on the number of active sessions at any given time, this provides the ability to show "busy times of day" an example measure is provided out of the box to show what time of day the allowed number of sessions is reached.

• Auto tasks can now be run when a card enters or exits a lane.
• Auto tasks can now be run when a card is added/updated/removed from a board.

Platform

Webhooks

• From server build 3750 it is now possible to configure webhook trigger expressions, these are sql expressions that can allow webhooks to be filtered before they are triggered. 
• From server build 3750 it is now possible to pass all record properties in a webhook request

Reporting

• When configuring a scheduled report for email delivery it is now possible to set the from address.

User Accounts

• When uploading users from csv it is now possible to set a randomly generated password using where n is the length of the password, the rules defined in the system setting security.user.passwordPolicy will be adhered to when generating the password
