Request Action Bar

The request's Action Bar provides a number of options for updating an incident, problem, or a change. The Action Bar is conveniently  located at the top of the request for easy visibility and access.

Actions include everything from collaborating with support staff to linking attachments, assets, and related requests.

All actions are recorded in the request’s timeline, storing the type of action, who performed the action, and when it was done.
