The organisation’s structure is the foundation to every business. The creation of divisions, departments and teams are the building blocks for any company to manage their staff and the running of the day to day operations. Hornbill lets you capture your Organisation’s structure so that it can be used by the Hornbill Apps for collaboration, automation, communications, and service operations.
Once the organisation’s structure has been added to Hornbill, this feeds into everything from user profiles where you can see your co-worker’s department to applying Service subscriptions to different areas of the business within Hornbill Service Manager.
