Date and Time Preferences

James Ainsworth -

This week's Feature Friday video takes a look at setting user preferences for the Date and Time format.

Every user can set their preferred format for how the date and time are displayed throughout Hornbill and the installed apps.

Standards for the date format can be influenced by where you live. These options let you choose the order of the date, month, and year, and lets you personalize the format by including slashes, dashes, or abbreviations.

Time can be displayed in both 12 hour or 24 hour clocks. If you are looking for precision, you can also include the seconds in all your views.

Hornbill Administrators can set default date and time formats which are automatically applied to new users.
