Adding a Board to Hornbill Service Manager

This video takes you through the simple steps of adding a new board in Hornbill Service Manager.  Boards can be used as an alternative to a list view and they provide great visibility of the requests that are important to you and your team.

Boards can either be manually populated with requests or requests can be added automatically as part of a process workflow.
