Join our dynamic new SDR Team within our rapidly expanding business and play a key role in helping our sales and marketing team by finding and developing opportunities and nurturing customer interest. We offer comprehensive training plans, clear career development opportunities and a competitive commission structure to help you grow into a senior sales professional.

As a Hornbill SDR you will be sourcing and generating your own client pipeline, researching the market and advising prospects on what best suits their needs. The ideal candidate for this role will be adept at developing relationships, an analytical approach to problem solving, both for clients and colleagues, and a keen eye for opportunity.

Primary Duties

  1. Be the force that dives sales to new logos by developing and nurturing highly qualified leads through outbound sales activity.
  2. Researching target accounts and developing proactive strategies for muti-channel engagement (LinkedIn, Email and Phone).
  3. Capable of holding a business conversation with a variety of contacts within an organisation (including senior contacts) to identify business pains, objectives, and related impacts on the prospect organisation.
  4. Able to clearly articulate the value Hornbill delivers in terms the customer will understand and linking these to expressed business challenges.
  5. A consultative approach is a must, with a willingness to understand both the industry, our target audience and our solutions.
  6. Cold calling and prospecting to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and meetings for senior sales executives.
  7. Able to demonstrate a structured approach to meet/exceed a set of agreed targets and to maintain outreach activity to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  8. Responsible for updating and managing activity and pipeline on CRM

  5. Looking to build career in sales with a defined progression and exciting earning path.
