Job Description

We are looking for someone with good systems and data management skills to take ownership of our marketing process and workflow across our sales and marketing applications and systems, supporting the sales and marketing team’s day-to-day operations. You will work towards creating scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiencies in lead nurturing, database and lead data management and performance analysis. Marketing is a process, and you will be at the heart of making sure we have good operating standards, practices and data quality.

Primary Duties

  • Manage technical aspects of our sales and marketing applications (currently include HubSpot, Pipedrive, Drift, and a Digital Asset Management platform) and the integrations between these applications.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Define, create and sustain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Ingest new data into, monitor, and manage data quality within the marketing and sales databases.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.

You have

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or equivalent) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in sales and marketing automation systems and integration of the same.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable but with excellent communications skills and a good understanding of how digital marketing works, along with a strong belief that marketing is a process, and the desire to improve process and operations to drive sales execution.
