    The capturing of information when raising a request on the Service Desk is an important part to helping drive the request’s life cycle through to closure. Hornbill’s Progressive Capture has extended its features to allow for the creation of Custom Progressive Capture Questions.

    Hornbill’s Service Manager application provides a number of forms for the collecting information, but on every Service Desk there can also be the need to gather information that is specific to your processes. Using Hornbill's Progressive Capture Designer, questions that use drop down boxes, date and time pickers, check boxes, and text fields can be quickly and easily constructed. Not only can this be used for collecting information, but also for decision making within your process, based on the supplied answers.
