When assigning either or new request or re-allocating an existing request, knowing who is currently available can help make those decisions on who is best placed for the request to be assigned to.
When raising a request, Hornbill can show who is Online, Inactive, Offline, or using Hornbill on their Mobile. This is based on a user's session with Hornbill.
Each user can also select from a number of statuses to put against their profile. This can include statuses such as Available, In a Meeting, On Holiday, and more. Along with these a user can provide a personalized message just to give that extra bit of information to help others in making their assignment choices.
