    Task Automation provides the ability to automatically create and assign tasks to be completed by users or the automatic applying of actions and updates based on your configured conditions.

    Having the ability to automatically assign tasks to a person, team, or role allows a process owner to manage the steps and activities that are required to complete that process.  This can also take away the guess work for the Support teams as to what needs to be done next and who is going to do it.


    Automated actions can be conditionally driven to change or update information associated to a request.  This may be anything from assigning a request to a team or a person, setting the priority, the status, triggering an email, and much more.

    Task automation is managed within the Business Process workflows through the use of an intuitive graphical workflow designer.
