Hornbill Reporting

Hornbill’s reporting includes a number of options for constructing visual and informative displays of both historical and current information.  These features give you the opportunity to show trends over time and the up-to-date state of your Service Desk.  These options include Measures, Widgets, Dashboards, and Slideshows.

A measure is a definable set of data that is sampled using frequencies such as daily, weekly, monthly.  You can specify the number of historical samples that are maintained which can then be used to build trend data and presented as scorecards or sparkline charts. Widgets are made up of measures, charts, data lists, and more.   These widgets can then be used to build up dashboards and a number of dashboards can be linked together to build a slideshow.
