A free, in-person workshop for Hornbill customers to come together to solve your challenges and learn from your peers.

Join us for a day of immersive learning, peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, and actionable insights at our Connect events. This carefully crafted experience brings together Hornbill Administrators for hands-on learning experiences and a space to share ideas and learn from each other.

This November, we’ll be focusing on on the rise of AI tools in the workplace. AI is rapidly transforming how we think about technology, bringing unprecedented opportunities but also complex governance challenges.

Throughout the day, we’ll take an honest look at the current state of AI-driven tools, the real challenges organizations are facing using and policing them, how to manage shadow-AI at work. You’ll also get hands-on with HAi, Hornbill’s latest AI tooling that’s designed to place governance and control at the heart of supporting your users.

Whether your organization is just beginning to explore AI or is already scaling its adoption, this event has something for you.

Developing an AI strategy. Learn to build a safe AI adoption framework and guide leadership conversations, with experiences shared from customers.
Designing AI solutions. Explore persistent work challenges and discuss their suitability for AI assistance with peers.
Rolling out Hornbill’s AI tools for your service desk teams for request insight and actions.
Using Hornbill AI for effective self-service.

This event is free for Hornbill customers to attend.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop for taking part in practical sessions in our dedicated Hornbill learning environment.
An inquisitive mind for learning and asking questions.
An openness to meet and talk with others. Networking and conversations are a key part of the day.

We know that not everyone likes to be the centre of attention, so you won’t be judged for taking a back seat if that’s what makes you comfortable.

Will food and drink be provided?

Yes! There’ll be morning teas, coffees, and snacks, as well as a hot meal for lunch, and refreshments provided throughout the day.

After the event formally closes, there’ll be a drinks reception to keep the conversations flowing at a nearby venue (location TBC).
