The video provides a high-level overview of Progressive Capture which is used in Hornbill Service Manager app for raising incidents, problems, and other request types.
Recently added to the Progressive Capture is the ability to include an option to select a category when raising a new request. The new category option can be easily added using a graphical workflow tool.
