Hornbill Heads-up Display

The Heads-up Display is used within a request to visualize the progress of the allocated workflow.

The Heads-up Display shows the main stages that make up the lifecycle of that request. Under each stage, checkpoints are listed as being completed or still awaiting to be progressed. This visualization provides an at-a-glance summary of where the request is in its process.

Stages and checkpoints are easily defined within the graphical workflow tool in Hornbill Administration. This gives you the control to set the Heads-up Display with information that best supports your process.
