Unlike Hornbill Workspaces which are more structured forums for collaboration, Conversations are private discussions between one or more of your co-workers. Similar to instant messaging, you can send a message directly to one of your co-workers who will be notified of the incoming message whether they are in the main Hornbill client or have the Hornbill Mobile app installed on their phone. At any point in the conversation you can add more participants into the conversation.
