Hornbill Service Manager has introduced a new feature that allows you to manually select authorizers for a request at a particular point in the process.
This provides the flexibility for the owner of a request to determine the who needs to be involved in the authorization. Making this easier, suggested authorizers are presented to the request owner based on the assets and services linked to the request.
Driven by the Hornbill Business Process Management Engine, the required authorization for a request can be initiated at any point within your workflow.
