Hornbill customers came together in the heart of London for a hands‑on Enterprise Service Management (ESM) workshop.

The day brought together Hornbill consultants and customers from a wide range of organisations, working in small groups to:

  • Explore new ways to extend Hornbill beyond IT into wider services

  • Share real‑world experiences of self‑service, portals and automation

  • Tackle live challenges with help from Hornbill experts and peers

As Alex Rutter from Warwickshire County Council put it:

“The most valuable part of the day for me has been to sit with people who understand what I’m doing on a day‑to‑day basis… they have a different perspective, and it’s just so useful. I’ve already got things I want to take away from today.”
