At Hornbill we are committed to providing the highest level of service possible. In order to build confidence and trust we are open and transparent with the levels of service we provide and honest when things go wrong. While our standard terms of service contractually commit to service availability of no less than 99.5% we always measure ourselves against an operational target which is set at 99.95% – significantly more stringent than our contractual SLA. The status information below shows the past twelve months of service availability so you can see how we fair against our operational targets. Uptime shown for the current month represents the availability for the current month to date and is updated daily.

Our cloud support team is available 24x7x365, we have comprehensive system and status monitoring on all services and data centers, our aim is to know about problems and resolve problems before our customers do, in fact we proactively resolve over 95% of problems before any customer is impacted.
We undertake regular security audits, penetration and system infiltration tests using qualified and independent third parties to ensure our systems are secure and robust.
Just like a fighter pilot we continuously rehearse, practice, devise and revise what we and do and we hope that we never go to war, but if we do, we are ready for anything our systems might throw at us.
The highly secure and redundant IT infrastructure provides Hornbill with a remarkable data center platform upon which we deliver our cloud services.
Peer1 provide us with networking infrastructure and bare metal servers. We provide our own complete software stack and manage all of our PODs from a 24x7x365 network operations center based in the UK.
We co-locate our own hardware at RapidSwitch. We run our own servers, firewalls, and switches as well as the complete software stack, and manage these servers directly.
