Update on COVID-19

COVID-19 is creating uncertainty and concern, but we are fully prepared and have all necessary resources and capabilities to ensure continuity for our customers during this exceptional time.

Hornbill's business continuity plan enables our cloud operations, technical support and operational teams, to work remotely in a safe and secure manner. 

Our extensive online collaboration capabilities enable our teams to seamlessly communicate with each other, with our customers, and our suppliers.

Our supply-chain is robust, digitally based with in-built redundancy and response strategies to mitigate risk. Our data centre providers operate controlled secure environments with low requirements for in person physical intervention.

Our resilient cloud infrastructure is supported by a Business Continuity plan that is certified to the internationally recognised standard for an Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Virus-mitigating actions have been put in place across our operations to minimise the potential risk of transmission.

Collaboration has been part of our DNA for more than seven years, and working remotely is business as usual for Hornbill staff. Our teams already work together across three continents to deliver excellent service and customer support. This flexibility and resilience means that we can deliver the same level of service in times of crisis and ensures that the service we provide to customers will not be impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic

We are confident that we have the correct response strategies and technologies in place to ensure uninterrupted provision of services and support throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will make all any operational changes required to support our service to customers.
