Job Description

In this role, you will support and execute the companies digital marketing vision and strategy. Working closely with colleagues in the brand, strategy and commercial teams around the business. You will be a subject matter expert for online marketing.You will be responsible for prioritizing, delivering and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, customer success awareness, and drive new sales conversations and new customer acquisition.You must have the ability to develop briefs and manage digital campaigns from start to finish using marketing automation, ideally, you will have prior experience with Hubspot which is our chosen automation platform. You will have a good understanding of a range of digital marketing channels and be confident in managing day-to-day relationships with agencies and suppliers. You will also demonstrate knowledge and an innate ability to champion and improve automation to optimize the tactical effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Primary Duties

  • Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns to create market awareness and drive sales conversations.
  • Manage and optimize online marketing activity across PPC, programmatic display, organic search/SEO and paid social to help create awareness, share success stories and drive sales conversations.
  • Work with web development, product and content teams to optimize search, including PPC and SEO for organic search.
  • Adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ A/B testing approach to maximize the performance of our digital marketing activities.
  • Work with the sales team to plan and deliver the digital marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of agencies, online marketing platforms, and budgets for the same.
  • Provide weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reporting on performance and present back to senior stakeholders
  • Continually assess campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Identify digital trends and develop new digital media partnerships to support growth aspirations

You have

  • A strong track record in digital marketing, including experience with mobile ad networks, programmatic, paid social, PPC, SEO, display, email, remarketing and affiliates.
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Self-starter; comfortable in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Good attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Enjoy problem-solving with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation
