  • Uploading, sharing and publishing documents

This week's Feature Friday video introduces Hornbill Document Manager where documents can be uploaded, shared, and published.

The challenges of losing files on network folders, sharing, collaborating, maintaining revisions, and the lack of document ownership all go away with Document Manager.

When creating the first draft of your document share it with team members to collaborate and contribute to your document. Keep track of updated versions with auto revision numbering and know who, when, and why the document was updated.

Make your completed documents active and publish them to other libraries for others to access and read. Retire a document when it is no longer needed.
