  • Sharing a Request List View

    The Request List Views are a great way to configure what is displayed within your request list by defining sets of criteria and only displaying the requests that meet this criteria.

    Views can now be shared with individual team members, an entire team, or a group of teams that support a particular service. This is a great way for Service Managers and Team Leads to create their preferred Views and share this with their team, or just team members sharing views with each other to help work through a list of requests based on the same criteria.
