    Service owners can easily provide access to services through the Service Subscription.  Service Subscriptions allow you to make a service available to users, teams, departments, divisions, an entire organisation or external customers.  Support staff are provided with automatically filtered lists of services based on the user that they are supporting.  Users accessing Service Manager’s Self Service will be able to view and raise requests about their Services.
