  • Searching the Service Portals

The Hornbill Service Portal is a great place for users to access the services that they subscribe and to report issues or look for information about a particular service. However, it may sometimes be the case that the user doesn't know where to find the information that they are looking for.

Hornbill provides a search feature that will let the user quickly locate information, requests, issues, and FAQs relating to all the services that they are subscribed to using natural language searches. From the search results the user can easily access this information including the single click ''Me too'' option on known issues to be listed as an impacted user.
