In partnership with our customer, Aylesbury Vale District Council, Hornbill is delighted to announce that we have been chosen as finalists in the category of “Best Implementation of an ITSM Solution” at the SDI’s IT Service and Support Awards.
The Award celebrates the outstanding achievements of vendors who have provided service excellence from start to finish in the implementation of their service desk solution, ensuring customer's organisational objectives and visions are met.
“We decided to enter this award because we believe that Collaborative ITSM has the potential to change the industry”, said Gerry Sweeney, Hornbill’s CEO.
“AVDC’s IT team were brave enough to embrace a next generation approach and a solid partnership was required to meet the challenging 30-day deadline. It was a clean finish to the project, with no baggage or additional work to complete at the end. It was fantastic to hear that Adam Haylock and the service management team received recognition and that the work was showcased within AVDC as a shining example of how to run an agile project.”

The winners will be announced at the SDI IT Service & Support Awards dinner at the Hilton Metropole, Birmingham on April 12th 2016.
