  • Posts and Workspaces from Hornbill Mobile

    The Hornbill Mobile lets you post questions or issues in workspaces where co-workers or the Service Desk can then help you get back on your way again.  When posting from Hornbill mobile, not only can you describe your issue, you can also provide a photo and your location.

     

    Posting to a workspace can allow you to reach out to co-workers and peers when you are having an issue, allowing them to feedback possible solutions or they may mention that they have the same issue.  Users of the Hornbill Service Manager app can also take these posts and their content and raise them as incidents so they can be managed as part of a process.
