    Often, people working on the Service Desk find themselves looking through long lists of potentially hundreds of requests. This presents them with the challenge of knowing where to begin and what has the greatest priority.

    A great way to help visualize these lists is by building Charts and then presenting them on a Personal Dashboard. The Personal Dashboard can quickly highlight areas needing attention. These charts might be based on the volume of high priority requests, service level breaches, requests without updates, and much more. With a glance over the Dashboard and single click on any section of a chart, you are instantly presented with the related requests and you are now ready to take action.
