    This week’s video introduces the new layout for the Hornbill Customer and Service Portals. Users are presented with a visual and easy to navigate landing page, giving them quick access to their subscribed Services.

    This presentation of the Services lets a customer quickly see which Services have active requests against them, which Services have been reported as being impacted, and a nice Favourites option for quick access to the services they are most interested in. From any Service, a user has quick access to raise a new issue, submit a service request, or view existing requests that they have ongoing with the Service Desk.

    The Portals are highly configurable to create a look and feel that fits your needs. Without having to know HTML or CSS, an admin can easily hide or show different aspects of the portal, or change the text and colours of all the different elements.
