    This week's Feature Friday video takes a look at following requests in Hornbill Service Manager.

    Following requests lets you keep up-to-date with the progress of requests that are important to you. This is a great feature for managers to keep on top of what is happening on high profile or major incidents.

    As updates are made to a request, these are made visible on the follower's Newsfeed. Followers also receive a notification to alert them of the update. Whether they are viewing Hornbill from their computer or using the Hornbill Mobile App, they will always be made aware of the latest updates.
