  • Creating Custom Buttons

    On request and asset forms custom buttons can be easily added to provide integration links with other web services or web sites.

    When creating a button a URL can be constructed by the inclusion of variables to inject information from the request or asset. These buttons can be used to perform actions such as a search for information through your favorite search engine by using the subject of a request or taking an asset's serial number to look up related records or information in other web based systems.
