Copying Process Workflow

James Ainsworth -

To help create and manage your process workflows, Hornbill provides options for copying and reusing your workflow configurations between your different processes. This includes cloning existing workflows, the copying of nodes within a workflow, and the exporting and importing of workflow definitions.

From the list of workflows, the copy option allows you to quickly clone the entire configuration of an existing workflow and have it saved as a new workflow.

When viewing a workflow you can simply select one or more nodes and then copy and paste these nodes into another stage within the same process or paste them into a completely different process.

The entire definition of a workflow can also be uploaded or downloaded using your your local file system. This is a great way to share workflows between different instances of Hornbill.
