Hornbill's Customer Support team has extensive experience of technical support, service management and ITIL, allowing for an efficient yet personal service to clients. Through a combination of pro-active and reactive support, incorporating office based, onsite and online interactions, the support team maintains the relationship built during the implementation phases.
Supportworks technology is used as the basis for first class service provision to customers, via telephone, e-mail and Web self-service channels.
