Who should attend?
The workshop is suited to those intending to train others within the organisation in the use of Supportworks. Delegates must have previously attended the appropriate Supportworks for Analysts course. Previous IT training experience is beneficial but not essential.
What is it about?
This is an instructor led workshop providing delegates with the knowledge and skills to define a training programme and associated content to meet the training objectives of their organisation in implementing Supportworks (ITSM).

This 2 day workshop is delivered on site for up to 8 delegates.
