Supportworks Reporting

Who should attend?

The course is suited to analysts, administrators, managers and team leaders with at least three months experience of working with Supportworks needing to gain a better understanding of the Supportworks Report Wizard for generating system reports. A basic understanding of database principles, SQL and HTML is required.

What is it about?

This is a hands-on instructor led course providing delegates with practical experience of creating and adapting system reports using the Report Wizard.

What are the delivery options?

This course is regularly delivered as a 1 day public event using Hornbill's dedicated training facility in Ruislip. Alternatively it can be delivered on site for up to 8 delegates.
