The Supportworks ESP platform provides a fully configurable business process workflow engine allowing the business logic and workflow to be changed to meet exacting business processes. Workflow can be designed graphically and applied to the application without the need to shut down the application or servers, ensuring maximum availability.

The Supportworks ESP platform enables you to build comprehensive workflow right into the user interface. The system forces your users and operators handle requests in a controlled and prescribed way, which ensures your organisation adheres to service level commitments and any compliance obligations you have are fully met.

Below is an example screen shot of a Citizen Response based solution that was deployed by The National Archives. In order for the TNA to meet the obligations prescribed the Freedom of Information Act, the workflow needed to interact with the operators of the system but remain fully automatic.
