Application Service Discovery

Although network services are not strictly assets, Application Service Discovery will collect data that exposes useful information about the applications that are available on the network. For example, a single physical server could have a web server, a mail server and a database server. Using Application Service Discovery, IT operations are provided with an application-centric view of the infrastructure vital for performing impact analysis of changes to services or infrastructure.
